Avocado Salsa - 4

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon	5ml	Grated orange peel
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon	15ml	Orange - peeled and diced (medium)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground cumin seed
2 teaspoons	10ml	Grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Ripe avocado - diced (large)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Minced onion
1		Cayenne pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine all except avocado. Gently stir avocado into salsa and add cayenne to taste.
