Avocado Salsa - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1   Avocado - peeled and diced
4   Tomato - diced (small)
1   Red onion - diced (small)
1   Green pepper - seeded and diced
1   Jalapeno - finely diced
1   Green chile - finely diced
1   Garlic clove - minced
  Salt - to taste
2 tablespoons 30mlRed wine vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
4 teaspoons 20mlTabasco sauce

Recipe Instructions

Combine the vegetables in a medium bowl. Mash the garlic with salt in a cup or small bowl. Add the vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine the ingredients.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
