Avocado Salsa - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index

3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Tabasco sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Coriander - chopped fresh |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce - low sodium |
Peel and pit avocado. Coarsely chop and place in blender jar. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
HELPFUL HINTS: Use as a dip for vegetables or crackers. Or try as a topping for various foods, such as rice casserole, stuffed vegetables, or chapati roll-ups.
