Apple-Avocado Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Granny smith apple - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Peeled ripe avocado - diced |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Red bell pepper - diced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red onion - diced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Jalapeno - minced |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lime rind - grated |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 pinch | Pepper | |
1 | Garlic clove - minced |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.
