Zesty Orange Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Oranges - peeled, sliced thin | |
1 | Onion - sliced thin (small) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Chili powder |
Lettuce leaves |
Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Toss before serving on the lettuce leaves.
