Zesty Coleslaw Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Nonfat sour cream alternative |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seeds |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Prepared horseradish |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill.
Yield: 1 cup.
Serve over shredded cabbage.
