Zesty Coleslaw Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup	59ml	Nonfat sour cream alternative
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Olive oil
1 teaspoon	5ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.

Cover and chill.

Yield: 1 cup.

Serve over shredded cabbage.
