Winter Garden Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 948ml | Cabbage - shredded |
| 4 cups | 440g / 15oz | Carrots - shredded |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Broccoli - chopped |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raisins |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Sunflower seeds |
| Dressing | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat plain yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Chutney |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper |
In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds.
Dressing: In small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
