Wild Rice Waldorf Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 160g / 5.6ozWild rice - cooked
1   Apple - chopped
1 cup 237mlSeedless grapes
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlPlain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped dry roasted peanuts

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl.

Toss to mix.

Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours.

Sprinkle the nuts on top just before serving.
