Wild Rice Waldorf Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Wild rice - cooked |
1 | Apple - chopped | |
1 cup | 237ml | Seedless grapes |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped dry roasted peanuts |
Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours.
Sprinkle the nuts on top just before serving.
