White Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Romaine lettuce - tightly packed |
Shredded | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers - drained |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried whole rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Coarsely ground pepper |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1 | Navy beans - drained | |
1 | Tuna in water* - drained | |
1 | Pimiento - drained, diced |
* low salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well.
Serve at room temperature.
