Warm Tuna-Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
16 oz | 454g | Frozen broccoli |
Rotini pasta | ||
Peas | ||
Red peppers | ||
Parmesan cheese seasoning | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Nonfat sour cream alternative |
6 1/2 oz | 184g | 60%-less-salt tuna in water - (1 can) drained |
Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from heat.
Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to broccoli mixture, and toss well.
