Vidalia Onion And Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Vidalia onion - cut into (small) |
Semi-circles | ||
1 | Cucumber - peeled/sliced 1/4" (medium) | |
1 oz | 28g | Blue cheese - crumbled |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh chervil |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
Salt | ||
Fresh ground white pepper |
Spread out onion on serving salad platter and top with cucumber slices.
Sprinkle with cheese, followed by chervil.
Stir together oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in cup.
Pour over salad
