Vermicelli Salad

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gVermicelli
1/2 cup 118mlSweet pickle juice
6 oz 170gFrench salad dressing
2   Garlic cloves - mashed
1 tablespoon 15mlPoppy seeds
1 teaspoon 5mlCelery seed
1 teaspoon 5mlCaraway seed
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCelery - diced
1   Green onions - chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFresh parsley - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Break vermicelli into 1" pieces, and cook according to package directions.

Mix pickle juice, French dressing, garlic, and seasonings and pour over warm vermicelli. Chill.

One hour before serving, add celery, green onions and parsley.
