Turkey Macaroni Salad - Robbie's Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Fusilli pasta - un-cooked |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise - low-fat okay |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt - low-fat okay |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground white pepper |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Turkey light meat, skinless - cubed |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped celery |
Cook the turkey meat and cube it. Cool.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, onions, salt, and white pepper.
Gently stir in turkey, pasta, and celery.
Cover and chill until serving time.
