Turkey Club Pasta Salad with Lemon Basil Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index

1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Fully cooked smoked turkey - cut in 1x1/4 strips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Swiss cheese - shredded |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped (large) |
Lemon Basil Dressing | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh basil - chopped (or 1 |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Crumble bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons for topping
Mix pasta, dressing, bacon, and remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Sprinkle with reserved bacon
