| 3 | Taco seasoning mix | |
| 3 | Lettuce - shredded | |
| 3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Tomatoes - chopped |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Onion - chopped |
| 3 | Ripe olives - drained, sliced 4 1/4 oz each | |
| 2 | Ranch or chili beans - drained | |
| 1 | Corn chips | |
| 1 | Catalina salad dressing - (16 oz.) | |
| 1 | Salsa - (12-oz) |
Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Cool.
Toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag or container.
