Tomato and Hot Green Pepper Salad - Essaouira Style

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 250g / 8.8ozTomatoes - peeled, seeded, (large)
  Cubed
4   Green bell peppers - grilled, seeded,
  Diced
1   Cucumber - peeled, centre
1 tablespoon 15mlChili peppers - seeded and dice
  Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlParsley - chopped
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCumin
2   Garlic cloves - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend gently.

Refrigerate one hour before serving.
