Tomato and Herb Salad2

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups 375g / 13ozTomatoes - peeled (small)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlOregano
  Non-nutritive sweetener (equivalent to 1
1   )
4 tablespoons 60mlMalt vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSeasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1 cup 40g / 1.4ozLettuce leaves - torn up

Recipe Instructions

Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and salt.

Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves; top with vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.
