Tomato And Herb Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Tomatoes - peeled (small) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Oregano |
Non-nutritive sweetener - equivalent to 1 tbs s | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Malt vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Seasoned salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Lettuce leaves - torn up |
Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and salt.
Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves.
Top with vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.
