Thousand Island Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduced-calorie chili sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet pickle relish |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery - finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Combine ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
Serving Ideas : Serve over salad greens.
