Sweet And Sour Vegetable Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Shoe peg corn
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	French style green beans
		Sliced carrots
		Water chestnuts
1		Pimentos
		English peas
		Bean sprouts
		Bell pepper
1		Onion (medium)
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Chopped celery
1 cup	237ml	Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dill seed
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
3/4 cup	177ml	Wesson oil
2 teaspoons	10ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Coarse black pepper
		Tabasco sauce

Recipe Instructions

Bring to a boil, vinegar, dill seed, sugar, Wesson oil, salt, black pepper, Tabasco and pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
