Summer Fruit And Mixed Greens Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 cups | 1896ml | Salad greens - torn |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Strawberries - sliced |
| 3 | Kiwifruit - coarsely chopped | |
| 1 | Avocado - bite-size pieces | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Fresh blueberries |
| Poppy Seed Dressing | ||
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Malt or cider vinegar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Poppy seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Granulated sugar - or honey |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.
Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.
Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top
