Summer Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plain - low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely chopped cucumber |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fine chopped radishes |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fine onion - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 | Cayenne pepper |
Remove the seeds from the cucumbers.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
