Spinach Salad With Orange Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Orange juice - frozen concentrate |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
4 cups | 160g / 5.6oz | Spinach leaves or salad greens - fresh, torn |
4 cups | 948ml | Bibb lettuce - torn |
2 cups | 474ml | Mushroom - sliced |
In large bowl, whisk together oil, orange juice concentrate, 1 tablespoon water, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper
Just before serving, add spinach, Bibb lettuce and mushrooms; toss to combine
