Spinach Salad - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Torn fresh spinach |
1 cup | 237ml | Seedless orange - peeled, roughly (large) |
Chopped | ||
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Slivered almonds - toasted |
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add orange, mushrooms and onions.
Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Ensure it is well mixed.
Pour over salad and add almonds. Toss gently.
