10 oz | 284g | Fresh spinach - washed and chopped |
10 | Fresh mushrooms - sliced | |
4 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
6 | Bacon - cooked and crumbled | |
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
Toss spinach, mushrooms, chopped egg, and crumbled bacon.
Whisk remaining ingredients together.
Toss with vegetables to coat spinach.
