Spicy Shrimp and Pork Salad (Yam Vietnam) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander seeds - ground |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh ground black pepper |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime or lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried ground chili peppers |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked pork - cubed small |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked shrimp - diced small |
1 | Cucumber - peeled and sliced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mint |
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers.
Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
Toss lightly.
Sprinkle with the mint.
