1 | Orange - peeled, sectioned (large) | |
1 | Pear - cubed (medium) | |
2 | Bananas - peeled, sliced | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Prunes - diced |
1 cup | 237ml | Grapes - red or purple |
Seedless | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Walnuts - toasted |
Spicy Yogurt Dressing | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground cardamom or nutmeg |
In a medium bowl, combine fruits and nuts.
Prepare dressing: combine ingredients.
Just before serving, top with dressing and toss well.
