Spicy Bean and Cucumber Salad

Recipe Ingredients

11 oz 312gGreen beans - cooked
1 oz 28gCucumber - peeled, finely (medium)
  Chopped
1/2   Red onion - finely chopped (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh cilantro - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlRed wine or cider vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlFresh hot green chili - chopped, or
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCayenne pepper - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlHoney
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well.

Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
