Spicy Bean and Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
11 oz | 312g | Green beans - cooked |
1 oz | 28g | Cucumber - peeled, finely (medium) |
Chopped | ||
1/2 | Red onion - finely chopped (medium) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine or cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh hot green chili - chopped, or |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper - crushed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well.
Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
