Skinny Macaroni Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Peeled and chopped tomatoes |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced red onions |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh basil - minced |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground black pepper |
| 2 | Garlic minced | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cooked penne or other pasta |
combine all ingredients except pasta in glass bowl.
Cover and let stand at room temp. for 1 hour.
Just before serving fold in the pasta.
