Scandinavian Vegetable Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   French cut green beans - drained
1   Pimiento - drained, chopped
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - chopped
2   Onions - chopped
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar - scant
1 cup 237mlVinegar
1/2 cup 118mlCooking oil
  Salt and pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly.

Best if made ahead and allowed to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
