Sauerkraut Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Sauerkraut(or 2 cups) - drained | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - diced |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Fresh carrot - grated |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
Stir sugar into sauerkraut and let stand at least 30 minutes.
Stir in other ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight before using.
