1/2 cup | 118ml | Whipping cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
Decoration | ||

Start with the sauce: Beat the cream and stir down the mayonnaise. Blend well and put in a cold place.
Peel the celeriac and coarsely grate it. Finely shred the pineapple. Split grapes and remove seeds. Peel and finely chop the apples. Mix celeriac, pineapple, grapes, and apples with the sauce. Decorate with pineapple and grapes.
Pass the egg yolks through a sieve on top of the salad.
Serving Ideas : This is delicious with cold meat- and poultry dishes.
