Salad Aida Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Curly endive lettuce | |
8 | Marinated artichokes - julienne | |
4 | Tomatoes - cut in wedges | |
1 | Green bell pepper - julienne | |
1 | Red bell pepper - julienne | |
3 | Hard boiled eggs - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cracked black pepper |
Wash, trim and cut the lettuce. Place in a salad serving bowl.
Arrange the artichoke, tomatoes, peppers and eggs around the lettuce.
Blend the oil, vinegar and seasonings. Pour over the salad and serve.
