Roquefort Lettuce and Flageolet Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Extra olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | White wine vinegar |
6 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Oakleaf lettuce or red or green leaf |

1 | Flageolet bean small white beans, | |
4 oz | 113g | Roquefort cheese - crumbled |
6 | Fresh mint leaves - finely | |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Honey |
Whisk oil and vinegar in small bowl. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
Combine lettuce, beans, cheese and mint in large bowl.
Combine with enough dressing to coat. Drizzle with honey and toss well.
Flageolet beans are small kidney beans ranging from pale green to white.
