Romano Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Grated Romano cheese |
| 1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
| 2 | Lemons - juice of | |
| 2 | Garlic |
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well.
Chill overnight; remove garlic. Pour mixture into container of electric blender; blend well.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
