Roman Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 oz | 113g | Lean cooked ham or - prosciutto, julienne |
| 2 | Potatoes - cooked, peeled (medium) | |
| 4 oz | 113g | Emmenthaler or jarlsberg cheese - julienne |
| 1 oz | 28g | Tart green apple - peeled, cored, (medium) |
| Julienne | ||
| 1 | Red onion - finely sliced (small) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Home made mayonnaise |
| Salt and pepper |
Combine the ham, potatoes, cheese, apple and onion in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper, toss gently but thoroughly.
Adjust seasoning, serve chilled.
