Fresh green tomatoes) | ||
2 | Tomatoes - sliced (medium) | |
2 | Avocados - Haas, sliced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Juice - lime, fresh |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil - olive |
1 | Coriander |
Place the lettuce, tomatillos, tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl.
Sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil, but do not toss. Garnish with coriander leaves to taste.
