Romaine Salad - Great Chefs

Recipe Ingredients

2   -- lettuce, romaine
4   Tomatillos - sliced (or use
  Fresh green tomatoes)
2   Tomatoes - sliced (medium)
2   Avocados - Haas, sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlJuice - lime, fresh
1/2 cup 118mlOil - olive
1   Coriander

Recipe Instructions

Place the lettuce, tomatillos, tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl.

Sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil, but do not toss. Garnish with coriander leaves to taste.
