Red Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Nonfat sour cream |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Green onion - sliced |
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Red potatoes - peeled, cooked, (medium) cubed |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Radishes - sliced |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery - chopped |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs - chopped |
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and celery seed; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine onions, potatoes, radishes, celery and eggs.
Add dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill
