Red And Green Coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 93g / 3.3ozDried cranberries
2 cups 474mlRed cabbage - finely sliced
2 cups 474mlGreen cabbage - finely sliced
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozThinly sliced red onion
  Dressing
1/3 cup 78mlCider vinegar
1/3 cup 78mlOil
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlCelery seeds

Recipe Instructions

Combine cranberries, red and green cabbage and red onion in large bowl.

Toss with Dressing. Cover and chill about 3 hours before serving.

Stir and drain off all liquid before serving. Makes 6 servings.

DRESSING: Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seeds and mix well to combine.

Makes about 1 cup.
