Red And Green Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Dried cranberries |
2 cups | 474ml | Red cabbage - finely sliced |
2 cups | 474ml | Green cabbage - finely sliced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Thinly sliced red onion |
Dressing | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cider vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seeds |
Combine cranberries, red and green cabbage and red onion in large bowl.
Toss with Dressing. Cover and chill about 3 hours before serving.
Stir and drain off all liquid before serving. Makes 6 servings.
DRESSING: Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seeds and mix well to combine.
Makes about 1 cup.
