Radishes In Cream

Recipe Ingredients

1		Radishes - thinly sliced
		Lettuce leaves
		Dressing
1/4 cup	59ml	Scallions thinly - sliced
1		Lite" sour cream
1/4 cup	59ml	Fresh plain yogurt
1		Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon	15ml	Parsley - chopped
		Garnish
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chives - minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine radishes with dressing and mix together well.

Serve on lettuce leaf cups.
