Radish Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Liquid shortening |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 | Iceberg lettuce | |
| 1 | Red radishes |
Combine salt, garlic powder. Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screw-top jar.
Shake to blend. Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Add dressing; toss to blend.
