Potluck Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | French dressing |
5 cups | 1185ml | Potatoes - cooked in skins (medium) |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diced |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
4 | Eggs - hard boiled | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
Pour French dressing over warm peeled potatoes, chill for 2 hours.
Add celery, onion, egg and salt.
Add salad dressing and mix carefully.
Add 1 teaspoon of celery seed for a nice touch.
Chill 4 hours.
