Potato Salad With Horseradish Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | New potatoes - boiled and cubed |
1 cup | 237ml | Miracle Whip light |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Horseradish - drain |
2 | Eggs, hard-boiled - chopped | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
To taste sugar - salt and pepper |
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked potatoes.
If the potatoes are well cooked and warm it will give you the creamier salad.
