Potato And Green Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Green beans* |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Potatoes** (large) |
| 2 | Scallions - sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | White wine vinegar |
| 1 | Garlic - crushed | |
| 1 | Red onion - sliced thin into (small) | |
| Rings | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
* cut into 2-inch lengths, steamed
** cooked until just soft, peeled, cubed
Combine beans, potatoes, and scallions.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
