1 cup | 237ml | Prepared "salsa" - green, red, brown * |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Breast of chicken, cooked - cut into (large) |
Strips | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fresh cheese ground |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion fresh and cut in rings (large) |
Vegetable oil | ||
Side dish: beans and eggs - prepared as you like |
* any Mexican salsa with chiles
Cut the tortilla in squares, fry in vegetable oil and then let stand on paper towel to drain off the excess of oil.
Cook the "salsa" and when the salsa is done and hot add the fried tortillas, the chicken strips and cook one or two minutes, only for warm the ingredients. Then serve and garnish with sour cream, onions and cheese.
