Poppy-Seed Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dry mustard |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion juice |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Oil |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Poppy seeds |
Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar and onion juice.
Gradually add oil and beat until smooth.
Add poppy seeds and blend well.
Chill , covered, in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 quart.
