Pomegranate Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Pomegranate juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh mint - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh mint, dry mustard and salt. Cover and shake until well mixed.
