2 | Broccoli | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Canola oil |
2 | Chicken breasts - cooked | |
Cottage cheese and dill dressing - refrigerated | ||
1 cup | 16g / 0.6oz | Fresh parsley sprigs - chopped |
4 | Green onions - chopped |
Cut broccoli into small pieces or florets. (Peel stems) Blanch in boiling water with oil added. Simmer for 5 minutes., then drain and cool in ice water. Drain and chill.
Cut and chill chicken. Combine broccoli, chicken , parsley and green onions. Toss with salad dressing.
