Peppery Blueberry Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Balsamic vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Black pepper - freshly ground |
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh blueberries |
In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, vinegar and pepper until smooth.
Add blueberries; toss to coat. Let stand at room temperature at least 20 minutes.
To use: drizzle over mixed fruits, over ice cream or pound cakes.
