Pepper Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Commercial sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Whipping cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried green pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Instant garlic - minced |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Instant onion flakes |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dehydrated chives |
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Refrigerate dressing overnight.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
